Symphony is grape brandy obtained by distilling Vranec wine. Distillation is done in an alembic still. We mature the wine distillate in wooden oak barrels, which give the wine distillate an amber-yellow color and a pleasant aroma of the wood. Aging in oak barrels allows the wine distillate to soften and round out.
