Service Description

Activity: a guided tour through the winery with a presentation of the winemaking process. Wine: Choice of five wines (one white, one rose, and three red wines) + brandy (one type) + liqueur Lunch/Dinner Menu: fresh salad with seasonal vegetables/fruits, main course consists of traditional dishes like Imam Bajaldi (whole eggplant stuffed with onion, garlic and tomatoes, and simmered in olive oil), turli tava (traditionally made in a earthenware cooking pot, it has stewed vegetables and stewed meat), musaka (potato-based dish including ground meat) and sarma (dish of rolled-up stuffed leaves, featuring a filling of meat and rice, wrapped in cabbage or grape leaves depending on the season). Lunch is served with traditional sour milk or yoghurt. Dessert: local delicacies like tulumba (fried batter soaked in syrup) Price: 2750.00 MKD per person. A reservation and reservation confirmation are required for the tasting at least 48 hours beforehand. On arrival, show the confirmation you received in your email.
